3D Printing Systems are offering a 35% discount from their UP Plus 2 printers if you trade in any old 3D printer.
What I assume will be of a greater interest to the space is that they plan on donating the traded printers to hackerspaces that register with them.

how is going from (say) an ultimaker or a prusa to an “UP” an upgrade?
I’d consider it a downgrade.

On the other hand, I don’t think that Ben meant the space should donate the printers at the space to 3D Printing Systems. 3D Printing Systems are planning to donate the traded printers to hackerspaces that register with them.
I have sent an email to the exec last week inregards to this trade in/up
with the registration form. Yet to hear back from them inregards to this
