As a side note, while I think the idea of building an as close to possible replica of a 70’s modular is awesome and I’m pumped to see it in action I have also decided to build a modern analog modular for myself at home, with SMT boards and a smaller form factor.
So I am currently in the process of converting existing through hole designs to SMT, using MFOS’s single buss 1v/octave cv keyboard controller circuit and walwart power supply, and Yusynth’s modules.
If this interests anyone, let me know and I will order extra of the PCB’s and components to save with a bulk order.
