Wheels: Double wall rims, large thickness tyre and think tubes. Wired to wheel chair hubs with new 20mm ID bearing.
Mild steel 20D axels, attached to cart via 2x U bolts and a lateral support bolt.
Uni jont
Reused uni from a hydralic pump. Mounted in craddle for upper support, pressed into square bar, resting on a end stop for the lower attachment.
So while you lot were partying with the burners I was running around like a crazy person managing the new cart and the old at the Lismore Lantern Parade.
It was a huge success and I will be uploading more photos of the new build as well as the festival once I get some wifi.
