Hi folks, came in to see this on CR-X right, and both CR-Xs had black gunk crammed around the printhead. Pic of error included.
I cleaned up CR-X left and it’s printing fine now. Cycled bed power on CR-X right but nothing changed.
Was told to add this here.

Hey @KGB,
Can you make sure that the right CR-X’s main power switch (back right) is turned on? You’ll get the thermal runaway error if the power switch is off. The screen stays on because the raspberry pi’s are plugged in via USB and this also powers up the screen.
