Defined positions in the Woodshop

So @devians and I have discussed creating defined roles in the woodshop
Currently the only clear role is the Cause Lead
I propose creating a number of other roles to supplement or take over some of the work of the cause lead

Proposed new positions are:

  • Quartermaster
  • Maintenance Manager * 2
  • Training?

Does anyone have any other suggestion for roles?
I don’t think we want millions of people but 3-4 would be better than what we have now.

I suggest that we will need to review the Cause leaders role as well as create clearer definitions as to what these roles are and probably budgets for them.
Does anyone have any other suggestions?
