Timeka, Luke and I will be running a series of free classes on robotics for kids as part of the “Jugglers Art Space Children’s Creative Workshops” event on Saturday 27 September.

The following workshops are available:

ART AND CRAFT: by Jugglers Art Space - 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm
Suitable for ages 5+. Various hands-on arts and crafts projects. -
KITE MAKING: by Leading Edge Kites – 9am-12pm, 12pm-3pm, 3pm-5pm
Suitable for ages 5+. Children are able to make a kite of their own and get tips on how to fly it. -
CREATIVE GLASS by Jugglers Art Space – 9am, 10.30am, 12.30pm, 2pm, 3.30pm
Suitable for ages 7+. Children can create their own personal design on a glass tumbler. -
LCIRCUS by Circa – 9am, 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1.30pm, 2.40pm, 3.50pm
Suitable for ages 6+. Learn basic circus tricks, play games and participate in skills training such as hula-hoops, juggling, spinning sticks, tumbling, diablo and human pyramids. -
ROBOTICS by Hackerspace Brisbane – 9am, 10.30am, 12pm, 2pm, 3.45pm
Suitable for ages 6+. Learn how to assemble and program a robot.
