What tariff are we currently on at Hsbne? Tou with demand or no demand charges?
If we have demand charges grid tie wont save us much, but we could hook the solar up to batteries and try reduce peak demand. CRAZY!
I don’t know exact numbers, but we certainly have peak and offpeak rates.
Could you post a copy of a bill? I work with Energy Efficiency/ Commercial Solar so I can plug the numbers into our spreadsheet to let you know the value position etc.

To get the ball rolling, do we have any hardware to mount these panels to the roof? Has this been cleared with Wendy?
We’ve got the panels, we’ve got the UPS’s. Might just get some cheap charge controllers to get us going.
I have some older mounting rails at work I could ask If I can take these. We will also need the roof, end and mid clamps to mount the array. If we keep it ELV we wont have to comply with the safety switches needed in AS5033.
