Looking for a shed for honey extraction equipment

I’m looking for a shed to put in and use honey extraction equipment on a longer term basis. More recently I had use of a shed in West Brisbane till the owners sold the property and a second one before it was demolished to make way for a large permanent pergola. If the owner has hives, they are welcome to extract on the equipment. The storage space required is 3m2 and the working space 6m2.

I have no found a shed or rather 3 containers on a larger property just outside Brisbane.
