After the policy discussion last night, I’ve drafted up my idea for a type of maintenance schedule we may be able to use. I believe it’s important to have one for maintainers to ensure everything is done consistently. In the example, it has a service interval of 2-weeks and it should only take about 15 minutes each time which isn’t too much to keep our machines running for a long time. I was able to find a lathe manual from machinery house for the content but please focus feedback on the format rather than the content as I’m not an expert in lathe maintenance and may have missed some things.
