I’ve managed to get some melamine boards to cover the bleeder board while the CNC is not being used.
This allows the following:
- We don’t don’t have to handle big sheets covering the bleeder board.
- Better Vacuum management. Since the caps are cut in 1/4, 1/8 and 1/16 you can cover the parts of the bleeder board that you’re not using (even when you close the valves).

So that’s it! about the old cover sheets and sacrificial boards, i’m gonna be making a small rack to hold them next to the cnc (only for day to day use).
