Power generation - possible magic

Hi Everybody

A friend of mine recently posted this up online http://www.blacklightpower.com/technology/sf-ciht-cell/.

Personally it seems a little bit too much like magic to me but I thought I would see what the response of HSBNE was, plus its an interesting topic in general.

That page uses lots of words involved in chemistry and quantum mechanics, but I don’t think those words mean what the website is trying to make them mean.
