Just a reminder that our fortnightly general meetings are continuing to run. However, they’re now happening digitally!
If you cannot make our meeting tonight please submit a proxy via the portal (https://portal.hsbne.org/proxy/).
If you can make it, please open up discord and click on the General voice channel (right at the bottom of the channel list) to join the meeting. When the meeting starts at 8pm, the chair will share their screen which will have the agenda items. I recommend joining at least 5 minutes early to ensure you have time to work out any audio problems. Please keep your microphone muted, and only un-mute it when you have something to say so we can avoid background noise.
P.s. I’m also hosting a digital games night tonight from 6pm so feel free to join us then to get your audio all setup and get used to the discord platform
