The entire thing was leveled and cast with deep pour epoxy. The yellow sheet is HDPE un the event there is a leak in the box. There was a slight leak, and since HDPE bonds with basically nothing, it was a good barrier from the concrete. This pour used 18 litres of epoxy.
And here is where the fun begins. During the de-molding I discovered that the mold release failed and now the melamine is a permanent fixture. A combination of milling, hand planing and scraping to get the bulk of the chipboard off.
Once all of the wood was removed I milled pockets for the ball screw mounts and drilled through from the top to get to the bolt holes for the rail trucks. Here is the resting place thus far.
