Hello Woodshop users,
I am stepping down from my role as a Woodshop Team Member/Volunteer/Secretary at the end of March. It is with great regret that I have to step down. Unfortunately, I have not been able to find a financially viable way to travel to Brisbane for “Woodwork Weekends” as I originally attended when I moved to Melbourne.
I want to say a very big thank you from the bottom of my heart to the other woodshop members that I had the pleasure of working with. Particularly to Ale, who continues to selflessly give his time and energy to HSBNE. I can’t thank him enough for the time and effort he gave me to improve my skills as a woodworker. Thank you also to Tom Miller for his recent efforts and support of the woodshop team.
At this stage, I’ll be Melbourne for another 18-24 months, after which I hope to re-join HSBNE on my return.
This leaves the wooshop team in desperate need of a third member. If someone would like to step up and contribute to the space, it would be much appreciated. Please post a reply here, or contact myself or Ale.
