Hello everybody!
First sorry for the short notice, I’ve attending to personal matters.
Sadly, on our last working bee many people had to cancel on the last minute. We still need to organise the fitted container so we are wanting to do that this next saturday.,
I am organising a working bee for the saturday 22 of february 2025 @ 9am
The main goal for this day is to reorganise the modified container in Heritage.
What should I do if I am planing to come?
Please let us know you’re coming by posting in this thread (This will help promoting the event in itself).
This is a great time to get to know the community and being an active part of our group.
When and where?
We will meet at our Sumner campus at 9am. We will be working across the road on Heritage.
What we will be doing
- Pulling out the contents.
- Assembling Pallet shelving.
- Reorganising the contents using the shelving.
- Taking pictures of assets that need selling.
If you’re coming please remember to bring:
- Bottle of water.
- Tight and fitted clothing.
- Closed shoes (Steelies are not needed but if you have them bring those).
- Hivis is not mandatory, but if you have it bring it.
- Sunnies and sun-screen are always helpful (Just BYO for yourself).
Lunch will be provided
We will be doing a head count around 12pm and ordering dominos.
